Why buy your Yanagisawa from Kessler & Sons Music?

So why would you want to buy your Yanagisawa from Kessler & Sons Music instead of any of the other retailers out there? First, we have the best price there is in the USA on Yanagisawa's and in many cases, the price on the planet. However, we will be the first to tell a customer to never purchase simply because of price. Make sure that you are getting the best overall value which includes things like customer service, setup, and everything else that comes along with a saxophone.

So with all that in mind, here are a few reasons why most customers will buy their Yanagisawa from us:

Best Price

As stated above, we have the best price on Yanagisawa saxophones in the USA Guaranteed - if you find a better price anywhere, let us know and we will beat it! All of our horns are truly factory fresh and not factory seconds or demonstration models.

We also have the largest selection of pristine condition lightly used Yanagisawa saxophones around at a great price!

Professional Setup

Truthfully, Yanagisawa performs the best factory setup of any saxophone maker. However, we still find that most Yanagisawa saxes still need some minor adjustments and every now and then, we will get a new Yanagisawa that needs a LOT of adjustment. So regardless of how they come in to us, we make sure that every Yanagisawa saxophone is setup meticulously so that when you get it, you get a horn that plays flawlessly as intended right out of the box!

Most on-line retailers do not perform this setup. So with many other stores, you might get a horn that still plays well but chances are that it can play better.

Your Play Test & Return Policy

Buying a saxophone is a more personal and difficult purchase than buying a car in our opinion. While we love Yanagisawa saxophones, there is a possibility that you might not love it as much as we do. Especially when spending THOUSANDS of your hard earned dollars, you naturally should want to make sure that you love the horn!

By default, we include a 3 day trial period. Once you take delivery, you have 3 days to test it out and make sure you love it. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within the 3 days and send it back for a full refund or exchange. The full policy can be found at http://www.kesslermusic.com/terms.htm

Did you know that there are stores that do not allow you to return the horn? So even though another retailer might set up the horn well and have as good of a price as us, they take the position that once you get it, its yours whether you like it or not. That's no way to buy a horn! They use the argument that if they allow someone to return a sax from a brief trial that they can no longer sell it as new. Frankly, we disagree.

Do you tell the car dealer that a car with 3 miles on it is not a new car? Do you tell the shoe salesman that if someone else briefly tried on a pair of shoes that they are no longer new shoes? Of course not!

Granted, when someone has a Yanagisawa on trial for those 3 days, it is there responsibility to protect the sax. If a Yanagisawa sax comes back with a scratch on it, we will charge them a restocking fee equivalent to the discount that we will have to give the next customer. That's only fair. This is also why we limit our trial period to 3 days. Most people will know whether they are keeping the sax in 20-30 minutes of playing it. So the 3 days gives them the opportunity to have a teacher give them a seal of approval while still keeping the wear on the horn VERY minimal limiting the chance that the horn comes back with heavy use or problems.

If the 3 days seems too tight or you are worried about being able to meet with a teacher in that time, please note that we can be very targeted on what day the sax arrives to you so that your 3 day window coincides with your schedule and convenience.

End Result

The end result is that when you buy a Yanagisawa Saxophone from Kessler & Sons Music, you are getting the best price, the best setup, the best service and the ability to test out the horn for yourself. When you add everything up, NO ONE beats us on Yanagisawa saxes, Guaranteed!
