For Ground shipments, please refer
to the map below for transit times. This map is in reference to UPS Ground
shipped from our stores in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Kessler & Sons Music will only ship
packages with the following options:

Direct Signature Required

Fully Insured
-
We will ONLY ship to an address
that is on file with the credit card company

Please note that Kessler &
Sons Music will not release the tracking
number for a first time order. This is
because our only form of ID verification is
to ship to an address that is on file with
the credit card used for purchase. However,
customers could change the delivery address
with UPS using the tracking number, thus
voiding our only ID verification.
There are no exceptions to these
rules.
Ground Shipping Times
Please note that UPS delivery days are Monday-Friday.
Do not use Saturday or Sunday in your delivery estimates as "days in transit".
