Kessler Custom Tenor Saxophone Mouthpieces
Featuring our Vintage Otto Link 7 based facing!

Following the huge success of our Kessler Custom Alto Sax mouthpiece line, we began working on a Custom Tenor Sax mouthpiece of the same caliber. Our new tenor mouthpieces are based on a Vintage Florida Otto Link 7 Metal mouthpiece. We copied the facing of this legendary piece and applied it to a modern day hard rubber mouthpiece blank specifically designed for us. This facing is the basis for all of our models of tenor sax mouthpieces:

Models
All models are based on our OL7 facing.

• Standard OL7 - This is a standard plastic composition. This is our main student design.

• 50OL7- This is our performance composition. This is a 50% hard rubber / 50% plastic material. The hard rubber helps give a bigger, richer tone with better projection and volume. -View-

• Round Chamber Hard Rubber "OL7Pro" - Unlike our current standard and 50/50 models, this mouthpiece uses a Bebop Round chamber compared to the Straight-wall Chamber. It is a true Hard Rubber mouthpiece and is completely hand finished by Kessler & Sons Music's awesome mouthpiece tech to ensure perfect playability. -View-

• Round Chamber Hard Rubber "OL7+2Pro" - Identical to our OL7Pro but opened up to a .110" facing. The OL7+2Pro (9) is a great playing mouthpiece for those who want something slightly more open.

• "Big Daddy" model - Round Chamber Hard Rubber  - You asked for it, so we provide. Introducing the Kessler Custom "Big Daddy" model tenor sax mouthpiece. We use our same blank as our OL7Pro and open it up to approximately a .135" tip opening (compared to our 7 model being approximately a  .100"). This mouthpiece is a stinking buzz-saw that is bright, loud & out of this world! For those who thought a metal sound could not be achieved from a hard rubber mouthpiece, try this one on for size... but the question is: Are you man enough???

All mouthpiece blanks are manufactured for us by JJ Babbitt to our specific, exclusive designs. They Standard & 50/50 mouthpieces feature a Straight Wall Chamber mouthpiece and then hand finished by our expert technicians prior to shipping to ensure quality. The "OL7Pro" is also manufactured by Babbitt and then completely hand finished by Kessler & Sons Music.

S&H is usually through the US Postal Service Priority Mail and runs $4.50 in the continental US.
