Kessler Custom Clarinet Mouthpieces
Featuring our Kaspar based facing!

Bb Clarinet Mouthpiece
Expanding on the success of our Kessler Custom saxophone mouthpieces, Kessler Custom Mouthpieces is proud to debut our new Clarinet mouthpiece line. Our Bb Soprano Clarinet features a facing based on the Legendary Kaspar mouthpieces. We used the facing off of the smallest Kaspar mouthpiece and opened the tip up into 2 different sizes while keeping the facing length and design very close to the Kaspar.

We also feature our new student plastic clarinet mouthpiece. This mouthpiece is a completely hand-faced mouthpiece that features a tip and facing design guaranteed to improve the tone of your young clarinetist

Models

  • Kessler Standard (Student) - This is our completely hand-faced clarinet mouthpiece. It features a tip opening of 1.10mm (.043") and a facing guaranteed to enhance the tone of younger clarinet players.

  • Kessler Model II (Professional) - Our Model II is designed for the classical clarinetist. Its Kaspar based facing is opened to a 1.15mm (.045") tip with a short facing. This mouthpiece is completely hand-made using Hard Rubber and a smaller chamber.

  • Kessler Model III (Professional) - The Model III is mainly based for Jazz Clarinet or Saxophone Doublers who would benefit from the larger tip opening of 1.20mm (.047"). It uses the same smaller chamber hard rubber mouthpiece as the Model II.

Bass Clarinet Mouthpiece
Our Bass Clarinet mouthpiece is currently only available in 2 professional models that are completely handmade. Like our standard soprano clarinet models, the 2 Kessler Custom mouthpieces feature a classical clarinetist mouthpiece as well as a doubler's mouthpiece. This should be very well received by saxophone doublers playing Bass Clarinet.

Models

  • Kessler Model II (Professional) - Our Model II is designed for the classical clarinetist. Its Kessler Custom facing is opened to a 1.70mm (.067") tip with a short facing. This is a handmade hard rubber mouthpiece.

  • Kessler Model III (Professional) - The Model III is mainly based for Saxophone Doublers who would benefit from the larger tip opening of 2.00mm (.0785"). This is, coincidentally, the same tip opening that we use on our best selling Kessler Custom NYSS professional alto sax mouthpiece.
