Why is this great clarinet so inexpensive? Back in late 2008, Leblanc France's parent corporation (Conn-Selmer, Inc.) completed a sale of the factory in France to Buffet. All Leblanc France models are being rebranded as "Leblanc Heritage" and production has been relocated to the company's woodwind facility in Elkhart, Indiana. The Rapsodie model is being discontinued and being replaced with the new Leblanc "Bliss" model LB210 that was released in 2009. We entered into an agreement to purchase all remaining Leblanc Rapsodie models at an extremely low price. This allows us to pass this price on to you the customer.

These are new clarinets and were the last produced in France. They still include all manufacturer's warranties and we are an Authorized Leblanc Dealer. Kessler & Sons Music does perform a complete professional setup prior to shipping to make sure that everything is perfect.
