The new Sigma trumpet features a unique
"concave bore" leadpipe. This leadpipe
allows the player to put in a good
amount of air due to the open start of
the leadpipe. This larger amount of air
is then quickly compressed giving more
focus and power to the air column. The
result is an excellent all around
trumpet with lead playing capabilities
of the 80J model but with the
flexibility of the TT.
