Handmade in Japan by specialized artisan craftsmen, the
Yanagisawa saxophone is the epitome of perfection on intonation, ergonomics &
build quality. Yanagisawa specializes in only manufacturing handmade
professional saxophones. They offer some of the best values on the planet for a
professional sax.
The Yanagisawa S901 is by far the most impressive soprano on
the market today. Unlike the Alto/Tenor/Bari model 901's, the soprano S901 uses
the heavier construction style of the more expensive 991. This means that the
S901 has as dark and sweet of sound as the S991. The difference is that the S901
is a 1 piece body with range to high F#. Otherwise, the S901 is identical to its
more expensive brother in the S991.

| What does our Professional Setup do for you
the customer? |
|
No horn comes into our shop from the
manufacturers in perfect adjustment. In fact, the longer that the horns
have sat in a storage facility or on a shops shelves, the more out of
adjustment they typically are. This is due to the felt and leather in
the pads losing the compression that forms the "pad seat" causing leaks
of air through the pads.
Our Professional Setup prior to
shipping is done to ensure that you receive a sax that plays perfectly
right out of the box. This way you get the superior performance of the
sax without having to have it "setup" by some other technician. As a
professional shop, one of the biggest requirements falls on the repair
abilities of the shop. Ours is one of the best around!
We have some of the lowest prices in
the country on instruments, no other shop can give you this price AND
this setup.
