Dealer in the USA The Sterling Silver Series of saxophones from Yanagisawa are unreal. They have a big, rich tone produced by the sterling silver (92.5% pure silver). This is NOT silver plating but Solid Sterling Silver. Based on the A991 design, the A9937 utilizes a Sterling Silver
Neck, Main Body Tube, Bow & Bell. Please Note: Pictured is the "A" Engraving Pattern. Yanagisawa is no longer going to offer this pattern on the 9937 horns. All future 9937 saxophones will use the "B" Engraving Pattern. For information on the differences in these patterns, please click here. The A9937 plays exceptionally well in tune. Very free blowing and probably the most ergonomic horn available. We completely set up the sax here in our shop prior to shipping to make sure that it is perfect before it ships out.
