Sale: $2,649.00 This particular Bach is a custom configuration that we always like to keep in stock. It is a horn that gives all of the great, rich focus and core associated with vintage Bach's but with some of the quicker response commonly associated with light weight Bach Strads. The configuration is pretty simple... it is basically a standard model 180 with a #37 but with a #25LR Reverse Leadpipe. This is NOT the same as an LR180S-37 as the LR180 model uses a lightweight body whereas this trumpet is configured with standard weight construction. We also include a set of Bach brass valve guides as well as the original nylon guides. This trumpet is also setup with the new Artisan style trumpet case (single). As with most Bach trumpets, it is setup with a Bach 7C but as this is a custom configured model, we can change it out to any other in stock Bach trumpet mouthpiece upon request. All Custom configured Bach trumpets go through our screening and testing process just like any other Bach. Simply because it's "Custom" doesn't mean it's right! If we receive a Custom model that isn't perfect, we send it back to Bach! When made right, this is one of our favorite Bach trumpets in the store!

Bach Stradivarius (a.k.a. "Strad") trumpets have been regarded for decades as THE trumpet to own. They were and still are the most widely played on professional trumpet on the market. Over the past few years, Bach has re-committed themselves to building the world's best trumpets. The changed many of the techniques at the factory in order to yield horns that are truly worthy of the "Stradivarius" name. Sadly, many people on the internet will attempt to misinform customers saying that the Strad is made in China, in order to discourage the customer from purchasing. This is NOT true.
Bach
Stradivarius trumpets are still to this day,
100% Made in the USA. Bach has improved their build quality standards and manufacturing techniques and are now once again making one of the best trumpets, consistently, in the world. We challenge you to try the new Bach Stradivarius trumpets. You will be blown away! I (Dave Kessler) was at the Bach factory in June of 2007 and can personally tell you about the changes that they have made. Read my blog post for more about these changes! I (Dave Kessler) personally go over every Bach Strad trumpet that comes into our store to make sure that they are up to the caliber that we advertise them to be. Honestly, every now and then we do get a Strad that has a problem. When this happens, that horn is sent immediately back to the factory. We will only keep horns that are up to the level that we find appropriate with the Stradivarius name.
