Our "Handmade" model soprano
sax is built with many of the same professional
manufacturing techniques as the best top end
professional saxes in the world. This style of
construction takes much more time to perform,
but the end result is a horn that has less
stress on the body tube, thus producing better
vibration giving a better tone and response.
Our "Handmade" models are made out of an 85% copper "Red
Brass" alloy that helps the horn produce a richer and fuller tone then
traditional brass. We only offer the "Handmade" model in a lacquer finish with
our "Deluxe" hand engraving.
In addition to these features, the "Handmade" model is also
setup with top end Pisoni Pro Pads and Blue Needle Springs for a true
professional setup.
Dual neck design and range up to high F#.
Other features include fully ribbed body construction (read
more on this), real mother of pearl finger touches, bell engraving, deluxe
case and our Kessler Custom hard rubber soprano mouthpiece.

No horn comes
into our shop from the manufacturers in perfect adjustment. In fact, the
longer that the horns have sat in a storage facility or on a shops
shelves, the more out of adjustment they typically are. This is due to
the felt and leather in the pads losing the compression that forms the
"pad seat" causing leaks of air through the pads.
Our Professional
Setup prior to shipping is done to ensure that you receive a sax that
plays perfectly right out of the box. This way you get the superior
performance of the sax without having to have it "setup" by some other
technician.
No other shop can give you this price AND this setup.
