Our
Kessler Custom Student Model (KCA-ST) is based
off of our intermediate Kessler Custom models.
Using the same bore and materials, the student
model Kessler Custom uses lighter weight
construction then the standard Kessler Custom
models. This helps save on cost as well as makes
for an easier vibrating instrument for a true
beginner. Our Student model uses the exact same
keywork as our standard models featuring a high
F# and a tilting Bb spatula.
It is setup with
basic plastic key pearls, a standard hard
woodshell case, and our Kessler Custom Standard
(plastic) C* mouthpiece for easy playability for
a beginner.
We
do still perform our complete professional setup
prior to shipping to ensure a perfect playing
instrument right out of the box. There is also
no engraving on the bell other then our Kessler
Custom logo so that we can offer this level of
saxophone at the lowest price possible! Free UPS
Ground shipping is still included.

the customer? |

No horn comes into our shop from
the manufacturers in perfect adjustment. In fact, the longer that the
horns have sat in a storage facility or on a shops shelves, the more out
of adjustment they typically are. This is due to the felt and leather in
the pads losing the compression that forms the "pad seat" causing leaks
of air through the pads.
Our Professional Setup prior to
shipping is done to ensure that you receive a sax that plays perfectly
right out of the box. This way you get the superior performance of the
sax without having to have it "setup" by some other technician.
No other shop can give you this price AND this setup.
